Delivery Information

We aim to complete all transfers as quickly as possible, and if you’ve ordered a DVLA Number Plate we aim to deliver your certificate of entitlement within 10 days, although deliveries within 4 days are common. For privately held registrations, you should allow up to 28 days. Transfers directly to a vehicle take longer and require that you send us your vehicles V5 log book and any other requested documents.

In some extreme circumstances a registration mark may take up to 13 weeks to transfer from a donor vehicle. This is usually the case when a registration is held on a vehicle without a valid MOT.
